El artículo 379 de la Ley 79 de 1931 quedará así: "La persona provista de una orden de allanamiento, de la naturaleza de que trata el artículo anterior, y los que obren bajo la dirección de aquella, podrán, en el desempeño de sus funciones, penetrar en cualquier sitio donde se tenga sospecha fundada de que se oculta mercancía introducida al país ilegalmente."
