Para todos los nombramientos y ternas que corresponden al Presidente de la República en el ramo judicial, del Ministerio Público, de Notarías o de Registro, el Director de Justicia formulará el decreto respectivo para que sea autorizado por el Presidente y el Ministro de Gobierno, y lo comunicará al interesado.
