Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales que actualmente prestan sus servicios en el Instituto de Salud de las Fuerzas Militares se incorporarán a la Planta de Salud del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional o al Hospital Militar Central según sea el caso, respetando los derechos adquiridos conforme al artículo 54 de la Ley 352 de 1997.
