Cuando hayan de expropiarse predios pertenecientes a distintos dueños, la solicitud podrá referirse a todos en conjunto, a varios de ellos o a cada uno separadamente, a elección del industrial interesado. Igualmente la demanda podrá dirigirse, a elección del interesado, contra todos en conjunto o contra varios de ellos o contra cada uno separadamente.
