º Del subsistema de costos históricos o estándar . Las entidades de que trata el presente Decreto, deberán incorporar a su sistema de contabilidad un subsistema de costos histórico a estándar, llevado de acuerdo con las normas de contabilidad generalmente aceptadas y en especial con las disposiciones de los Decretos 2160 de 1986 y 2553 de 1987.
