amends decreto 1400/70

El artículo 277 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, quedará así:

Artículo 277. Documentos emanados de terceros . Salvo disposición en contrario los documentos privados de terceros sólo se estimarán por el juez.

Si siendo de naturaleza dispositiva o simplemente representativa son auténticos de conformidad con el artículo 252.

Los documentos privados de contenido declarativo, se apreciarán por el juez sin necesidad de ratificar su contenido, salvo que la parte contraria solicite ratificación.
