° El gobierno procederá a celebrar un contrato con el banco de la republica, en virtud del cual este ultimo establecimiento se encargue de atender el servicio de la emisión adicional de bonos de deuda interna nacional unificada de la clase "a", que se regirá en un todo por las estipulaciones pertinentes del contrato aprobado por el decreto extraordinario 1389 de1940.
