Una vez cumplida la obligación del artículo 12, el empleador debe publicar el reglamento del trabajo, mediante la fijación de dos (2) copias en caracteres legibles, en dos (2) sitios distintos. Si hubiere varios lugares de trabajo separados, la fijación debe hacerse en cada uno de ellos. (Modificado por el Art. 22 de la Ley 1429 de 2010)
