Las hijas o nietas, solteras o viudas, de próceres de la guerra magna que hubieren desempeñado por más de dos años la Presidencia de la República, tienen también derecho a un aumento del ciento por ciento del valor de la pensión de que actualmente disfrutan.

Las biznietas de próceres de la independencia que hubieren sido fusilados por el Gobierno español, disfrutarán de una pensión mensual de treinta pesos ( $ 30).
