Del mismo modo se autoriza al Jurado de Aduanas para que, verdad sabida i buena fe guardada i teniendo en cuenta los desgraciados sucesos ocurridos en Cúcuta, resuelva en definitiva lo que estime mas equitativos sobre las reclamaciones que se presenten, referentes a puntos conexionados con operaciones comerciales verificadas por la Aduana de aquel puerto
