en el mismo centro funcionara permanentemente la escuela nacional de adiestramiento en defensa de aguas y repoblación forestal, cuyo pensum de estudios y organización se harán en coordinación con los ministerios de agricultura y de educación. Dicha escuela dará títulos de " prácticos en defensa forestal y de aguas". Los alumnos de la mencionada escuela serán mayores de 16 años.
