° Dentro de sus respectivos territorios los Gobernadores de Cundinamarca y el Tolima sancionarán las infracciones a las medidas sanitarias de que trata este Decreto con, multas sucesivas de cien a doscientos pesos, hasta que el cultivador renuente se someta a las disposiciones mencionadas o proceda a la total destrucción de sus plantaciones.
