Las propuestas de enmienda serán consideradas por la Asamblea de Partes en su primera reunión ordinaria siguiente a su distribución por el Organo Ejecutivo, o bien en una reunión extraordinaria, siempre que en ambos casos las propuestas hayan sido distribuidas no menos de noventa (90) días antes de la apertura de la reunión correspondiente. La Asamblea de Partes, a este efecto, examinará las observaciones y las recomendaciones que haya recibido respecto de las propuestas de enmienda de la Junta de Signatarios.
