Cálculo Actuarial. La Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle del Cauca (CVC) elaborará y llevará a término las acciones que conduzcan a la aprobación por parte del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de los cálculos actuariales por los derechos pensionales que eventualmente no haya incluido en la actualización del cálculo actuarial a 31 de diciembre de 2014. Sin su aprobación ninguno de los fondos podrá realizar el respectivo pago. (Decreto 1891 de 2015, artículo 5°)
