Desmovilización . Las personas que pretendan acceder a los beneficios previstos en este Decreto deberán presentarse ante jueces, fiscales, autoridades militares o de policía, representantes del Procurador, representantes del Defensor del Pueblo o autoridades territoriales, quienes informarán inmediatamente a la Fiscalía General de la Nación y a la guarnición militar más cercana al lugar de la entrega.
