Prohíbese a los comisionistas de bolsa:

Adquirir para sí, directamente o por interpuesta persona, los títulos valores inscritos en bolsa;

Representar en las asambleas generales de accionistas las acciones que se negocien en mercados públicos de valores, y

Sustituir los poderes que se les otorguen para representar las acciones a que se refiere el ordinal 2o.

Parágrafo único

La infracción a cualquiera de las disposiciones contempladas en los artículos precedentes será causal de expulsión de la bolsa, sin perjuicio de las sanciones administrativas y penales que puedan imponérsele.
