Tratamiento y servicio médico. Al interno de cualquier establecimiento de reclusión que porte o consuma estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas se le proporcionará tratamiento por parte del servicio médico del sitio de reclusión, con el fin de procurar su rehabilitación física y psicológica, previa evaluación médica, psicológica y psiquiátrica del interno, sin perjuicio de las acciones penales y disciplinarias a que haya lugar.

Parágrafo

De conformidad con el artículo 122 de la Ley 65 de 1993, Código Penitenciario y Carcelario, las sustancias a que se refiere el presente artículo serán decomisadas.
