Artículo primero. Para gastos de funcionamiento en el presente año de las colonias agrícolas de Sumapáz, San Juan, Caracolicito y Sarare, se entregará al Tesorero, del Instituto de Parcelaciones Colonización y Defensa Forestal, por medio de órdenes de pago definitivas, el total de las apropiaciones de los artículos 545, 546, 547, 548, 549/1; 549/2; 549/3 y 549/4 del Capítulo 50 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, en la proporción incluida en los acuerdos mensuales de ordenación de gastos.
