Artículo primero. El Ministerio de Salud Pública podrá reconocer en el presente año basta 110 pensiones de $ 50.00 mensuales cada una, a favor de niños sanos hijos de enfermos de lepra, para cursar estudios en colegios oficiales o privados con aprobación eclesiástica.
