Prima de Especialista. Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que adquieran una especialidad técnica, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno, tendrán derecho a una Prima de Especialista equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico mensual correspondiente a su grado.
