ARTICULO 15 . FUNCIONES DE LA DIVISION OPERATIVA. - A la División Operativa le corresponde

Establecer, promover y controlar programas de coordinación entre los diferentes entes vigilados tendientes al cumplimiento de las políticas trazadas por el Gobierno y los planes y programas de desarrollo;

Realizar el control zonal de atención de necesidades básicas insatisfechas y de cumplimiento en general de las ordenes impartidas por la Superintendencia;

Efectuar el seguimiento de los planes y programas institucionales de los entes vigilados y mantener información actualizada sobre el desarrollo de estos; 5. Las demás funciones que le asigne o delegue el Superintendente.
