Superávit o déficit. El superávit o déficit que resulte al comparar los ingresos con los gastos del período fiscal, las reservas de apropiación con cargo al Presupuesto Nacional, y el saldo no apropiado del producto de sus ingresos, se incorporarán al presupuesto del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales del año siguiente previo el lleno de los requisitos exigidos por este Decreto.
