El Foro Nacional de Notariado y Registro continuará como organismo asesor de la Superintendencia para examinar problemas del servicio, estimular el desarrollo del derecho notarial y de registro, promover la colaboración entre funcionarios de notariado y de registro, buscar un mayor desarrollo profesional de los notarios y de los registradores y recomendar medidas para mejorar los servicios de notariado y de registro. El Foro se reunirá por convocatoria del Superintendente, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que se expida.
