Podrán asistir por derecho propio a las reuniones de los Comités Funcionales de Presupuesto en las cuales se discuta y adopte el Plan Operativo Anual de Inversiones de cada organismo o entidad un representante de cada CORPES. Es responsabilidad del Departamento Nacional de Planeación asegurar que los CORPES sean informados de la fecha, hora y lugar de las respectivas reuniones.
