Los Ministerios y los Departamentos Administrativos podrán coordinar el cobro de los créditos de sus entidades adscritas o vinculadas, siguiendo el procedimiento señalado en el artículo 1. del presente Decreto, sin perjuicios del otorgamiento del respectivo poder por parte de cada organismo, de conformidad con el artículo 112 de la Ley 6 de 1992.
