º . Las disposiciones establecidas en el artículo 1º de este decreto no se aplicarán a las exportaciones que se embarquen con destino al Perú que clasifiquen por las subpartidas arancelarias que se encuentran libres de gravámenes de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Decreto 2622 de 1997.

Parágrafo

Las exportaciones que se embarquen con destino al Perú tendrán derecho a las disposiciones establecidas en el artículo 1º de este decreto únicamente cuando no hayan completado su proceso de desgravación, para dar cumplimiento a la Decisión 414 y de los Acuerdos Comerciales Bilaterales entre Colombia y el Perú.
