El Presidente del Jurado de Votación ordenará a los que formen grupo cerca de la mesa de votación de manera que impidan la aproximación de los sufragantes a consignar su voto, o los molesten con burlas, gritos o expresiones ofensivas, que se retiren, y si no obedecieren, podrá ordenar que sean detenidos en la cárcel o en algún cuerpo de guardia hasta el día siguiente.
