Todas las compañías de seguros nacionales o extranjeras que hagan sus negocios en Colombia, darán a la Superintendencia Bancaria los informes que ella solicite, y en las épocas que determine. La Superintendencia hará el examen y revisión de estas compañías en la forma y época que estime conveniente.
