Art. 2.° Dicha Convencion se compondrá de treinta Diputados elejidos en votacion directa i secreta por los electores mencionados en el artículo 4.° de este decreto, i las vacantes i faltas temporales de los Diputados se llenarán por sus suplentes, llamándolos en el órden de mayor a menor número de votos.
