Del régimen de contratación . Teniendo en cuenta la autonomía patrimonial con la cual se dota al Fondo Nacional de Calamidades por virtud del presente Decreto, los contratos que celebre la sociedad fiduciaria como administradora de los bienes, derechos e intereses que lo conforman se someterán al régimen aplicable a las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado. Sin embargo, producida la situación de emergencia la sociedad fiduciaria contratará según las normas establecidas en los Decretos 2225 y 2693 de 1983 para contratos de obra pública y empréstito.
