Las Administradoras del Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad del Sistema Integral de Seguridad Social podrán conmutar los retiros programados, previo suministro de información clara, oportuna y suficiente acerca de la conmutación y sus implicaciones, de acuerdo a la reglamentación que exista sobre la materia o constituir rentas vitalicias a-todos los retiros programados que se hayan constituido a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de esta ley.
