Dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la presentación de solicitud para ingreso a la carrera, el Consejo de la Administración de justicia deberá convocar a concurso dentro de los 90 días siguientes deberá efectuarlo, y dar sus resultados y dictar la resolución de escalafón o de no incorporación a la carrera.
