De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 264 de este Decreto, el Fondo Nacional del Carbón deberá proveer a Carbones de Colombia S.A.-CARBOCOL- de una parte de sus recursos con el fin de que pueda participar en empresas oficiales o privadas, cuyo objeto social sea el desarrollo de proyectos y programas de fomento a la pequeña minería del carbón.
