Impuestos a los que se aplica el presente decreto. Las disposiciones del presente decreto, al igual que las normas que reglamenta, se refieren únicamente a las obligaciones relacionadas con el impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios y con el impuesto sobre la renta para la equidad (CREE). Por consiguiente, dichas normas no afectarán otras obligaciones, incluyendo obligaciones relacionadas con el impuesto sobre las ventas y obligaciones cambiarias.
