La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior estará integrada por cinco (5) miembros o sus delegados, así: El Ministro de Comercio Exterior, quien la presidirá. El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE. Un (1) representante del Presidente de la República. Un (1) representante del sector privado designado por el Ministro de Comercio Exterior.
