La Secretaría del tesoro i Créditos nacional dictará las providencias necesarias a fin de que los Senadores i Representantes reciban sus viáticos de venida, de modo que puedan encontrarse en esta capital el día 1.° de febrero de 1879, teniendo al efecto en cuenta lo provenido en el artículo 13 de la lei de 10 de mayo de 1871.
