Armonización de categorías e instrucciones del supervisor. Las instrucciones que imparta la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria para las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito y las cooperativas multiactivas e integrales con sección de ahorro y crédito deberán establecer la forma en que aplicarán a cada una de las categorías de cooperativas de que trata el artículo 2.11.13.1.2. del presente decreto. También podrán establecerse períodos de transición para la aplicación de las instrucciones para cada una de las categorías, buscando garantizar una implementación proporcional a la capacidad de gestión de cada categoría.
