Art 2.° La Junta Administradora de la Carretera de Cambao dictará un reglamento para su propio régimen, el cual será sometido a la aprobación del Gobierno. Dicha Junta elegirá de su propio seno un Presidente encargado de representarla en todos sus as ante las entidades públicas.
