Limitación a la disponibilidad. No podrá ser declarado en situación de disponibilidad el funcionario que no hubiere permanecido en servicio activo por lo menos tres años continuos.

Parágrafo

En lo no previsto en este Decreto en materia de disponibilidad, se aplicarán las normas generales sobre licencia no remunerada. Comisiones
