Principios. En el marco de la prevalencia del interés general, la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres en el Sector Transporte debe estar orientada por los principios de que tratan los artículos 3º de la Ley 1523 de 2012 y 8º de la Ley 1682 de 2013.
