° El resto del personal será nombrado por el Consejo Directivo de la Facultad, de Medicina con aprobación del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, de ternas presentadas por la Junta Directiva del Instituto. El Consejo Directivo de la Facultad de Medicina podrá delegar en el Ecónomo Habilitado el nombramiento del personal del servicio doméstico.
