Art. 1°. Destínase del Tesoro público la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($50,000) para distribuirla entre aquellas personas desvalidas que hayan sufrido pérdidas irreparables en el incendio ocurrido en Buenaventura el dia 12 de Abril del presente año.

Parágrafo

De la suma expresada en el artículo anterior se invertirán cinco mil pesos ($5,000) para auxiliar á las personas que hayan quedado desvalidas por consecuencia de las recientes inundaciones que tuvieron lugar en San Juan y Atrato.
