ARTICULO 2o. Los servidores públicos vinculados a la Fiscalía General de la Nación podrán optar por una sola vez antes del 28 de febrero de 1993 por el régimen salarial y prestacional establecido en el presente decreto. Los servidores públicos que no opten por el régimen aquí establecido continuarán rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en las normas legales vigentes a la fecha.
