° El artículo 27 del Decreto 2799 de 1980, quedará así: Artículo 27. Las instituciones a que se refiere el artículo 152 del Decreto-ley 80 de 1980 y que no sean fundaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro, deberán formular la solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica y adelantar los demás trámites previstos en el precitado Decreto y en las disposiciones reglamentarias. En este caso no se requiere estudio de factibilidad, salvo si se pretende cambiar el carácter académico del establecimiento. De todas maneras se deberá presentar un estudio económico-financiero que luego de su evaluación por parte del ICFES, garantice la solidez de la institución.
