La Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales podrá fijar, en cualquier tiempo, el monto de los impuestos a que se refiere el artículo 2º de este Decreto causados y no pagados o deficientemente liquidados. También podrá ordenar el pago en dinero del impuesto de timbre nacional y papel sellado, en aquellos casos en que se comprobare que se usaron especies falsificadas o anteriormente usadas, independientemente de la acción penal.
