º . Suspensión de las importaciones . En el evento que la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales evidencie violación a las disposiciones aduaneras establecidas en el presente Decreto, podrá, en aplicación de lo previsto en el artículo 6º del Decreto 1299 de 2006, sus modificaciones y adiciones, suspender las autorizaciones como importador otorgadas para importar estos bienes.
