Artículo tercero. El Secretario General y demás personal administrativo que se requiera para el normal funcionamiento de la Primera Reunión Técnica Interamericana de Vivienda y Planeamiento, serán nombrados por la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, y pagados con sus propios recursos; los demás gastos que ocasione la Reunión, de conformidad con lo convenido entre el Gobierno de Colombia y la Unión Panamericana, correrán también por cuenta de dicha Corporación.
