Artículo segundo. Los empleados que por virtud de este Decreto sean incorporados a cargos cuya remuneración sea inferior a la que en la actualidad están devengando, continuarán recibiendo el mismo sueldo hasta cuando se retiren o sean ascendidos o trasladados; una vez vacante el empleo, la asignación será la del grado correspondiente fijado en este Decreto.
