A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, modifícanse todas aquellas normas que consagran la variación del índice de precios al consumidor del año anterior como factor de actualización de valores de multas o sanciones, en el sentido de que se reajustarán anualmente en un porcentaje igual a la meta de inflación fijada para el año en que se proceda al reajuste.
