" Art. 13 El Inspector de peajes en el camino nacional de Cambao, otorgará una fianza prendaria ó hipotecaria por valor de dos mil pesos ($2,000), para asegurar el manejo de los fondos procedentes del Impuesto, y tendrá como remuneración mensual el cinco por ciento (5 por 100) de lo que se recaude.
